Magic: The Gathering - Challenger Decks 2020

There are popular events in stores that require players to build a deck in order to compete. But, if you want to compete, but don't have time or the ability to build a deck on your own, Challenger Decks are competitive decks, ready to go right out of the box.
My creative challenge in designing these boxes was how to create the feeling of competitiveness. I came up with the neon concept, emulating being on stage under the bright lights of competition at an event.
Sleeve
Each deck has a marketing sleeve, for an on-shelf presence. Once the sleeve is removed, there is a cardboard deck box that remains.

Deckboxes
After removing the sleeve, these deck boxes remain. The texture is created with distorted "CHALLENGER" text.
